	September 6-11, 2009 The Center for Drug Evaluation and Research/ Division of Manufacturing and Product Quality (CDER/DMPQ), which operates under the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA), conducted a 5-day on-site inspection to Jiangxi Synergy Pharma Ltd. The cGMP inspection evaluated items including the quality system, facilities, storage, manufacturing, packaging and labeling, and laboratories. Finally the U.S FDA officer issued 483 form with only two minor observations.
